An iOS and Android app for organising shared expenses, seeing who paid and working out how to settle up.

The context

Shared expenses can easily get lost in messages and mental arithmetic. Sumili brings sheets, payments and summaries together, without connecting bank accounts or transferring money. Its public website introduces the app, which is being prepared for the stores.

My contribution

I designed and developed the app with React Native and TypeScript, Firebase for authentication and data, and Redux, Saga and hero-actions for state. My work covers navigation, charts, QR invitations, separate authors and payers, balance calculations and data export. The interface supports seven languages; I also created the presentation website and visual identity.
